The problem

The team needed a more structured way to check itinerary details across customer-facing documents and supplier information, while making existing customer context easier to access. Relevant information was spread across separate documents, emails and CRM records.

The challenge

Turn complex travel documents and customer data into useful AI outputs. The solution needed to handle varied document layouts, work within existing system limits and present findings clearly enough for specialists to review and act on.

The services

We shaped requirements with the team and created a branded interface around its operational needs. Uploaded travel documents are converted into structured content, with differences and missing details highlighted for review, while an AI assistant integrated with the company’s CRM helps staff explore client preferences and relevant trip information. We delivered test and production environments, company sign-in, editable prompts and configurable API usage limits.
