TopFlight became an embedded engineering partner to Creative CX, a UK experimentation agency. Our developers worked directly within its squads, helping the agency deliver more complex A/B tests across enterprise clients and strengthen the practices supporting that delivery.
The problem
As client demand grew, Creative CX needed specialist development capacity to keep experimentation moving. More varied and technically demanding briefs required a partner who understood both rapid test delivery and the standards expected by enterprise clients.

Support multiple client websites, testing platforms and stakeholders while keeping implementations consistent. Engineers needed to integrate into existing squads, resolve technical constraints and ensure experiments could be measured and checked before launch.
