AI-powered ideation
Our clients had a need to power their ideation process with AI. We built OptiPilot AI, a tool scans that a webpage and consumes various data formats to generate hypotheses for A/B tests.

We partnered with a Learning DNA to develop a educational portal aimed at modernising and streamlining an important set of workflows traditionally reliant on manual forms and offline processes. With a focus on speed, scalability, and compliance, the platform was rapidly developed as part of a multi-phase roadmap, laying the foundation for more advanced digital service delivery in the education sector.
Learning DNA were experiencing bottlenecks with their current assesement process within the education sector. Their existing workflows were time-consuming, and increasingly unsuitable as demand for digital accessibility grew. They required a reliable technical partner to rebuild their platform from the ground up — one that could support sensitive data handling, user-friendly interfaces, and a strong foundation for future growth.
We had to deliver an MVP educational portal at speed, while working with evolving requirements and a high level of sensitivity around compliance and data handling. The platform needed to serve multiple user types, support the digitisation of traditionally paper-based workflows, and be robust enough to accommodate future phases involving live interactions and integrations with third-party systems — all without sacrificing simplicity or security.
Our team took an agile, design-led approach, supported by weekly huddles, stakeholder collaboration, and fast prototyping using Figma. We delivered a web-based platform using a Vue.js frontend and a Node.js backend with Supabase, paired with a custom-built PDF engine and secure cloud infrastructure on Digital Ocean. We focused on building a maintainable codebase that could support annual changes and growing feature complexity. Looking ahead, we're planning integrations with third-party platforms, video-based service delivery, and scalable tooling that will allow Learning DNA to roll out custom digital offerings aligned with regulatory frameworks.
